I have this via Comcast subscription.
I ran your "autodetect" download on this page: http://updatecenter.norton.com/Manual/AutoDetect
The autodetect said it found no Norton products on my machine...?!? This is not crucial to me, only strange; probably has to do with something in the Comcast licensing setup. I do get live-update, so I am not concerned, but can somebody explain this for me?
