I have Norton Ghost 15.0 running in Windows XP.
When I plug my external drive to perform the backup offsite copy, Norton pops up the standard message asking if I want to do the offsite copy, however it never ends. Every time that I shut down the computer, Windows warns me that the Norton offsite copy is still running. I have already left the computer running 2 days long and the process could not go through. Also, the external drive light stays in the status of stand by, meaning there is no access to the external drive.
When I try to see the revovery points through Manage Backup Destination in the Tools menu, Norton does not show any information. However, when I run the Run Revovery Point Browser in the same Tools menu, it reconizes all recovery points and works as expected, I can revover any file previously backed up.
Can someone help me on this issue?
