Recently, when I turn on the PC and open the Chrome, it doesn´t load fully and appears a message saying that was a problem loading Norton Identity Safe Plug in. When this happens, I try to open the Norton 30 icon on sys tray and it doesn´t open. When I reboot, appears a message saying the ccsvchst.exe can´t be closed, asking if I want to finish the program at that moment. Then, when I turn off and on again, it goes back normal. 360 opening and chrome running correctly with NIS open. What could be the source of this problem?
