Hi dperry112,
Can you help us understand the problem in detail? Do you say that Identity Safe does not auto-fill the information for the Website link that you've given.

That’s right – nothing is filled in.
Hello,
Regarding the https://www.conexis.org/employees/EE_login.asp page. Identity Safe currently does not support logins that have multiple user id fields or multiple passwords. We will hopefully be able to support these in a future version. Currently we are limited to one user id and one password.
Thank You,
Govind.
I uninstalled NIS09 and reinstalled it. The identity safe was working again. Next time I signed onto my computer it was disengaged again and also NISO9 will not load properly. I click the icon at the top to sign in but nothing happpens. I click on NIS from my desktop icon and I only get directed to one click support. Not sure what is going on.

Hi tkpj09,
Welcome to the community!
Could you please share with us as to why you had to uninstall and reinstall NIS? A little bit of background about the problems that you had which made you to re-install would help us diagnose the problem.
By the way, you mentioned that you got redirected to One-Click-Support. We would be curious to know what happened with the One Click Support experience. Did it diagnose any problem with your installed NIS? If it did, please share the results here.
Thanks!

I noticed my identity page was not filling in the information. I clicked the manage identity safe under the NORTON tool bar and it directed me to ONE CLICK SUPPORT. After uninstalling and reinstalling the product at least 5 times now -- was put to a support technician - who did the same as me. It appears to be a virus in my computer now and I need to have it removed. Not sure how I came across that, no notice came across my virus scan. My registry has been disabled by administrator also. So -- it looks as though I need to have it REPAIRED.
Thanks for the inquiry.

I think this post needs its own thread so that a resolution to the original post won't cause this one to disappear and so that a resolution to this one will be able to be linked to the problem it resolves.
Hi mijcar,
Thank you for bringing this to our notice.
I've moved one of the posts to a new thread.
Thanks!

Just to note: The virus I had disabled my regedit and my taskmanager. I re-enabled the regedit. I also re-enabled my task manager. I used the NIS removal tool and then reloaded the NIS09 and ran a live update. My Identity safe is working fine now.
Thanks.
Kelly
I’m not sure if that is even possible. I guess we just have to wait for a employee
