Problem with N360 V1.0 and V2.0

I gave up and re-installed Window and Norton 360 2.0. It works beautifully now. I liked N360 2.0 better than 1.0. 

Thanks for the feedback – probably the best solution when something starts to malfunction.

I have just finished upgrading to 360 V2.0 and now my product key is invaled I have only had 360 for about 6 months so I know it is still valed can anyone help with this problem?
