This came as a major update that took a long time even on broadband (didn't note the actual time). Everything seemed to be okay after the reboot, but the next morning, I had both a Windows "no AV" warning AND the NAV icon in the tray had a big red/white X in it.
Problem 1.
When I clicked NAV open, I get the big red AT RISK box, and the SCAN NOW box states that the last live update (LU) was next month - that's right: 03/20/2013. After every automatic LU and manual LU, this box shows the actual day, year and time of the last actual update, but shows the month as March instead of February.
Problem 2.
While I was able to temporarily resolve the Windows Firewall/AV alert situation, the NAV icon continues to have the red alert badge on the icon, and the AT RISK box continues to tell me the world is going to end if I don't do something (TWIGTEIIDDS). So, I hit the Norton site and read that I had to download and run the uninstall/reinstall tool, which I did. It was a waste of time, as, after the reinstall and reboot, NAV keeps telling me I'm AT RISK and TWIGTEIIDDS.
The last LU was run just at 10:42:35AM on 3/22/2013.
Problem 3.
If this NAV interenal calendar isn't fixed, I am guessing that NAV will get to my renewal date a month early, which will make me just as unhappy as being told that TWIGTEIIDDS.
Am I the only person having this issue?
