You might try
198.153.192.50 / 198.153.194.50
as an alternate to see if they work
They are the older servers but I've been told that they will continue to function, or be redirected, for a period of time.

I am afraid that the old IPs are useless.
I think you will find that they work.
For some reason they made them so they don't respong to a ping.
