After I upgraded to v20.3.0.36, I got a BLUE SCREEN when I logged off! Have reinstall several times. NIS 20. runs okay it just goes to blue screen when I logout! I have reinstall V19.9.0.9 and it works okay. I have VISTA Home Basic SP2 with two USERS, NVIDIA 6150 Video Board, LEXMARK 7300 Series, and LOGITECH V-UBS47 QuickCam for Notebooks. I noticed in the "changes" in the release of 23.3.0.36 that it fixed a BLUE SCREEN problem when Nero products were installed. Maybe there is a conflict with other products? Has anyone else had this same problem? Any suggestions as how to fix this problem?
