My Norton 360 Deluxe subscription has 28 days to run and was already looking at renewal option when I received an email offering renewal for £13.99.
I clicked the email Renew Now button and arrived at a Norton renewal page where I could select between 360 Deluxe or upgrade to 360 Premium. (First of three steps, followed by Billing & Payment then Confirm & Install).
But … there are no links or buttons to click to select a product or continue. Suspect the page hasn’t loaded correctly – clue being the text ‘Automatically renews at noARPriceFound/year’ where presumably the renewal price should be.
Tried renewing from the Renew and Keep Protection buttons on the My Norton window, and from Renew in the Norton 360 window – all arrived at the same page.
Looks like I can renew if I login to my account and go that route, but at £19.99. Guess I might do this as it’s still a good price.
Anybody else found this issue with the web page? Am I missing something?
Thank you for additional details.
I imagine Chat Support can help with renewals.
Or, Renew from Classic view.
I'm thinking from your Norton account is the most accurate.
Hopefully, Norton staff will review this Topic.
Subsequently, every attempt, from every option/button including My Account, took me to the Norton Offer page which did not work correctly. Hence this thread.
head scratch - because, I imagine you tried clearing related browser cookies n' cache and allowing all page content.
Sorry..................
Just to clarify - this has got a bit complicated due to number of renewal option routes.
Not including today's succesful renewal, I was only able to get the Payment & Purchase page on one occasion - from the My Account Renew Now button. I didn't pursue it at that time as I thought I should be able to renew at the email offered price of £13.99.

Once I arrived at the Payment & Purchase page today, I decided to go ahead rather than risk not being able to get back again!!
Just for fun, I've just tried the email button again and it took me to same Norton Offer page , which did then work ok - the renewal price was correct (£84.99) and there were buttons to proceed (albeit at £34.99). I still suspect a problem with that web page.
Thanks for your progress update. @ianmoz
So, per your opening post Nov 04. You were able to Renew Now for £19.99 on Nov 04. And you were able to Renew Now for £19.99 on Nov 11. The issue was about the email offering renewal for £13.99. I wonder if the email offering renewal for £13.99 arrived coincidentally. Maybe, £13.99 was for Upgrade to Premium for the remainder of your current term.
You were able to Renew Now Norton 360 Deluxe for £19.99?
Maybe, £13.99 was for Norton 360 Premium for the remainder of your current term.
Maybe, the email was for an Upgrade and not for Deluxe renewal.
From this distance. I'm just guessing.
Another user piggybacked on your Topic. And I may have confused myself and you regarding your issue.
Norton Community for head scratch reasons....places user profile on the right of message. I'm used to user profile on the left of message. All other Communities...user name is left of message. I'm used to reading user name before user message. Sorry.
@ianmoz
Um, did you tell Support you received email offer.
My Norton 360 Deluxe subscription has 28 days to run and was already looking at renewal option when I received an email offering renewal for £13.99.
Auto renewal switched off a few weeks ago. Even worse, the Renew Now option in my account has also stopped working - it also now arrives at the same webpage!
When you turned Automatic Renewal Off. Did you remove payment information?
Since, you're 28 days out. I think you have to go thru Norton Support for renewal.
I recall user report similar scenario.
Please try Support again - you want renewal for £13.99
If you do not try Support again. Please check your credit card/payment account.
Maybe, your credit card has already been charged. Norton pulls payment 30-45 days before term expire.
Opened a chat with an agent who wasn't sure what the problem was, but offered to renew for for £84.99! Then at a 'reduced' offer price of £34.99. I obviously declined.
Looks from you screenshots that your process is completely different to mine. I assume you're in the US; I'm in the UK. This might be a factor?
Anyway, I think I'll consider my options - probably go for purchasing a new product and entering the product key - nearer the expiry date so I don't lose too many days subscription.
Thanks for the response. I've tested renewal on 3 different browsers and 3 different PCs, all extensions/add-ons disabled, and from a manual login and from the product settings window. Still arrived at the same webpage and the same problem. No VPN. Auto renewal switched off a few weeks ago. Even worse, the Renew Now option in my account has also stopped working - it also now arrives at the same webpage!
I left feedback on the faulty page. In the unlikely event that I get a reply, I'll report back. Meanwhile I've got a couple of weeks. I'll probably go the tried and tested route of ordering the product elsewhere and entering the product key. Why do Norton have to make the renewal process so hard? Should have only taken a couple of minutes.
Norton Remove and Reinstall tool - worked on second attempt. The Removal was only a few seconds. The reinstall failed and I had to start from scratch. Once Norton was back on PC - I could renew subscription via PC and get the Utilities within standard subscription.

I hope it is better at virus and malware than synchronising subscription...
I will have another bash of running Norton Remove and Reinstall tool. It did nothing for an hour so in the end I stopped it!
head scratch?
Maybe, try Advanced Options -> Remove Only
I've no idea if you need the fix tool?
I've no idea if you need Remove and Reinstall tool.
Just per Norton documentation....for what it's worth.
Norton Services Status
All services are running without problems Nov 4, 2021, 03:36 PM
Expiry 08/12/2021 there is an option Activate Subscription Renewal and this has generated email confirmation Confirmation of Subscription with Automatic Renewal. There is nothing to indicate that I am trapped in a 30 -45 days restriction.
On my PC 'My Norton' shows SUBSCRIPTION STATUS: 35 Days Remaining Renew. If I click on Renew, I get a message that states do it on line and then 'Server error We're working to resolve...'.
Expiry 08/12/2021 meaning Dec 08, 2021?
Users report not being able to make changes 30-45 days before expire. IDK if 30-45 days is related to your issue/s.
Just sharing.
Users report similar 'Server error We're working to resolve...'.
Sorry
Did you run the fix tool?
Did you run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool?

I have gone round and round and not pleased with renewal process. I have several emails confirming 'Confirmation of Subscription with Automatic Renewal'. I decided to sign in for this as Norton Utilties was offered as a freebie. But the process rendered by current Norton Utilties out of date - it was OK before! My Norton 360 Deluxe is Active but Renewal Inactive has not changed.
I tried the Norton Chat but after a couple of hours it timed out. Norton is very expensive and to pay extra for Norton Utilties is an insult when in the UK was a free with continued subscription.
Any ideas on how to get the 'Re-activate to repair' process on Norton Utilties Premium to work. Perhaps seven attempts was not sufficient?
Norton might be good on Security and Tools to tidy a PC but subscription renewal is pretty crap if things get out of synchronisation!
Since, you suspect page not loading correctly. Please turn off all ads/scripts/frames/tracking ...content blockers either thru browser extensions or thru built-in browser features, as test. And turn off VPN, as test.
Refresh page - Cycle browser
Yes, Renew Now from your Norton account sounds like a plan.
Note: ~ 30-45 days from term expire....you cannot change Automatic Renewal setting.
