Problems accessing the payment processor on booking.com! More precisely: I access the booking page / my account, start the reservation, go through 2-3 steps and give all the necessary data and card details then click next, BUT I AM NOT REDIRECTED TO THE SITE’S PAYMENT PROCESSOR! (the message “payment cannot be processed” appears). Whatever I try, I stay on the same web page and am not redirected further! I solved the problem by disabling Norton protection and the firewall, but this is not a secure / safe solution! WHAT SHOULD I CHANGE IN THE SETTINGS?Thank you !

Generally this kind of issue is caused by using a VPN or an ad blocker extension in your browser.

Next time try disabling those two items to see if that helps.

I forgot to mention! I didn't have VPN enabled!I also referred to browser extensions in the first post! They are not installed!I knew that! This is my second year using Norton! I haven't had any problems so far!

When you say no extension, are you saying no Norton extensions or no extensions of any kind. Any ad blocker extension could cause issues with payment sites. I see this all the time with my AdBlock Plus. I have to disable it for the payment page to work.
