I have been on several chats with norton support and they have been unable to help me. This morning I was prompted to update my Norton for Mac, when I did so, the installation froze. During one of my chats they uninstalled my software (twice) and attempted to reinstall Norton for Mac. Got an error message that it "might be incompatible" with my current OS X. I have version 10.11.3. The latest... They told me they were going to put me on with some "other department" and at that point I had to go. Was hoping someone could give me an easy solution or verify that others have had similar problems. Do I just have to wait for an update, to reinstall?? Thanks, Ana
