Problems installing Norton 360 Advanced on IOS 17.31

Trying to install Norton 360 Advanced on an ipad running IOS 17.31.  From my Norton account, I sent an email with the "Add a new device" link.  This takes me to the app store on the ipad and I download Norton 360 Security & VPN app.  After downloading the app, it only gives me options to "Choose a plan" like Norton 360 Deluxe. There is no "Login" or "Redeem a subscription" option.  How can I install it without having to choose a new plan?

After deleting and downloading the Norton 360 app on the ipad several times and re-sending the download link it eventually came up with the option to "Redeem a Subscription" and it is now installed on my ipad. Thanks.

Is this 360 Advanced a new subscription you have not yet activated?

Do you have 3 current subscriptions active in your Norton Account? If so there is no difference in the product you will have installed on your device. So just choose any one for now and see what happens. Just do not enter any payment information into any screen.

 

There are 3 plans offered, the most relevant is 360 Deluxe but I've bought 360 Advanced, so didn't want to select any of the options.   What will happen if I select 360 Deluxe?

Do you get multiple plans offered? If so, what happens if you tap on one? I do remember one time when I had multiple active subscriptions I would see an option to choose which one I wanted to add the device to.
