I am trying to install Norton 360 (2013), from a disk I purchased, onto my computer. When I insert the disk, it sounds like it is loading, but nothing ever comes up on the screen. I had a previous version of 360 on the computer and uninstalled it. Is there something else that is keeping it from loading and installing? Thanks for any advice!

Just an addtional thought - have you tried another disk in the drive to see if the drive is working properly? If problems with the drive come back and e'll help you get that fixed - after you get soem protection installed.
Also you never said if you were running N 360 Standard or Premiere edition.

Do you now or have you ever had another security program on your computer? If so, you will have to remove it with the removal tool for that program. Even trial versions can cause conflicts.
