Notice, I am a 4+ year user of Norton products.
I bought Norton 360 09/14/2014. Since installing the product, my laptop with XP installed is a paper weight. on the other 2 computers are windows7. we get messages from Norton that the security has detected Trojans. other message are, restart your computer. When on the web, we get messages that we can't access that web site. Other message are "your current security setting do not allow the download.
I got Norton support involved (India) and from there my desk top has no security and the Norton clean registers does not work.
They screwed my computer up totally and in the end wanted to sell me a contract to repair. Told me I must have a hardware problem??? All three computers have a hardware problem. I don't think so.
Please help me!
