To start off I had to go this route as I can't chat, why have a feature that doesn't work? I'm not paying to call so I have to do this. I have had Norton Family for years, been having problems lately. Trying to un-install and re-install to add my computer back as device my daughter uses but it "won't un-install". It won't take my sign on which is correct. How can I get it fixed???
