Problems with activating Norton Utilities

Installed Norton Utilities 15.0.0.122 from CD but when I try to activate it I keep getting this message "Your activation has failed please ensure that you have entered your activation code correctly and that you are connected to the internet"

I had no problem activating my Internet Security 2012.

Has anyone else had this problem?

please try out a little bit later. Maybe the Symantec servers are a bit busy.

 

And I also would like to recommend you to run Smart Update, there's an update for the product with that it will be 15.0.0.124.
