A few problems I’ve noted using the new cloud storage feature in the Norton 360 update. Can someone please help:

In spite of a folder being marked for sync, some files have not been put in the cloud even after repeated syncs of both folder and an individual file itself.

Manage cloud storage via pc interface does not permit sorting by name of file or date to make it easier to make sure that files are backed up. Please add this to improvement list.

Automatic performance task deleted items in recycle bin even though it was turned off in the settings.

If i remove a backed up folder from backup and then try to add it back (mainly to try and get not synced files put in the cloud) it does not do it even after repeated tries to add the folder. and no i did not exclude it from being backed-up–i removed it only.

Can’t really add selected folders for an E: attached drive. Only allowed me to enter 2 individual folders and wouldn’t add further.

Overall adding folders does not consistently work and they are not added to current backup.

Seems that we cannot set up different backup sets like the old version or is that feature done away with and now we must consider only the main c: drive as the only single set.
Currently using windows 11 build 24.7.9311-build 860
