everything was working fine then one day: Problem #1 tried to extend my son's time the message stated that he wasn't set-up for that computer( only one we have that he uses) and was asking for my password. The system seemed to not recognize the password, so I thought I was wrong, ask for a message to set up a new one put that in seemed to have no avatars for the kids as if never set it up. Went to set up set up for the computer it statrted to uninstall at which point asked for password again. Put in new password AGAIN stating not right password. All I want is to be able to get it working again.
