I'm paying for my own LifeLock and Norton monitoring and I like the dashboard and tools. I'm also paying for my wife and I have a Junior package for my son. Yet neither I nor they can see their dashboards. When my wife tries her logon ID, it says it is not associated with a product key. How do they receive that? I don't even know if my son has an account to login let alone a product key. I tried using my product key for my wife's account but that won't work either. Thanks in advance for any help! NORTON 22.20.5.39 running on Windows 10.
Sorry. I misunderstood. I did not catch the LifeLock part of your question.
I'll leave this for users that do have LifeLock subscriptions to try to help.
I’m sorry but I still don’t understand. I pay for a LifeLock subscription for myself, my wife, and my son. I have Norton 360 protecting our 5 devices. The Norton product works fine. But how can we check my wife’s and son’s LifeLock protections? Do they get their own product keys with the fees I’m already paying? Thanks.
Each product key can only be associated with one Norton Account. From that account, you can share the product with family members, even if they do not have a Norton Account. But they can only access information about your subscription if you share your Norton Account email and password with them.
If there is some reason that they would need to access this kind of information, they would need to purchase their own Norton product key and register it to their own account.
If they do not need this access, you can share your subscription by opening your Norton product and click on Install on another device from the main page. Then send each user a separate email invitation. That will allow them to install a pre activated copy of your product on their system. No need to give them your personal information or the product key.
