Product key not received

I have purchased NORTON 360 Deluxe for 3 Devices (2 year subscription) 30/03/2020 from official website but I still not received product key mail but my bank account is debited. My Norton account shows there is no subscription. Also nothing is showing in order history. Please help me.

contact them via twitter @NortonSupport . yesterday I got a reply from them that my issue will be solved in 2 to 3 days. I still did not get key for my product but atleast there is hope.

Hi , Same issue with me too after making payment I cant see any subscription in my Account and I see many  like us just left a msg here for them to reply to our concerns mainly on not receiving the product keys even I opted for Norton Antivirus plus 899.   Now lets when they are going to send any update or if you know any email address let me know so that we can write emails also on this.
