Product key not working on Norton 360 Premier

OK so I thought I renewed my expired subscription for 360 premier against my better judgement and the product key I received is for 360 v5 and does not work on my installed 360 premier. I am having a hard time getting this resolved talkin to computers I need to get this resolved asap as I will cancel the charge on my card and go elsewhere with hopefully real customer service. This is rediculous. This is way to difficult to resolve and customer service sucks. I need to get my 360 premier running ASAP!

How did you get the KEY details that are being rejected by the copy you are installing on the second computer? Off the original purchase or from the MyNortonAccount that is created when you activated the first installation?

Are you absolutely certain that your first installation was not of Norton 360 Premier?  

 

May I ask you the same questions ....

 

I can undertand your feelings about automated replies and here in the forums we do the best we can to help users to solve problems but it it is an activation problem and a possible error in a KEY code or something like that then your easiest solution is to contact the Norton OnLine Customer Support via the CHAT route as below and not by phone or email (or Nathan .... )  --  the CHAT people have the tools and access to the database to solve this kind of problem.

 

If the problem might be with the copy of N 360 you are trying to install from then we can probably help you.

You can choose CHAT or Email; email or phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.

Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
