Hello Norton community, I’ve recently purchased a Norton 360 deluxe product key by post from an Ebay seller and received a credit card sized white plastic scratch card with no information on it except the norton setup web address. I was expecting the usual branded cardboard product key with instructions, system requirement info etc. Has anyone else received a similar product key, or have I been sent a fake? Thank you.
Hello Caroline. On its face it would appear this is a scam. Norton has a 25 character product key that is used. I would report the issue to E-Bay as fraud as well as your CC or debit card institution since that was most likely the object of the sale, getting your banking information.
