I renewed my Norton 360 subscription but no confirmation email arrived.
I have now worked out that gmail was blocking all emails from Norton as spam.
Having worke this out I have gone to the spam folder at gmail but its not there because its a couple of months ago and old stuff gets deleted automatically.
How do I get the product key again? I wished Norton could be even semi human and have a ruddy telephone number!

If you renewed, did you check in your Norton Account to see how many days are left on your subscription? Is the days remaining correct for what you had left plus your renewal? If you do not see the correct information, you can contact Support via online chat. They can access your subscription info, and correct any errors. You will find them at. www.norton.com/chat

They do varying according to your country/sales region but as Peter indicates the CHAT route using your computer keyboard is usually quicker and effective.
