Product not showing in my Norton account

Hello,

 

I recently bought a 1 year renewal for my NIS 2012 product for 3 pcs, but after I paid I received a confirmation mail that my order was placed with order number etc. but this transactions isnt being shown on my Norton account when I log in :S been 3 days ago now that I paid and I have only 6 days left before my subscription ends.
