PRyan - Welcome to the Community and sorry to hear about your problem. From what I've read on these Posts, the easiest solution is to direct you to the US/Canada On-Line Chat window. You may have to scroll down a little, to see the CHAT button. They are usually very speedy at handling account related problem. Come back and let us know how it goes..
