I was using Spyware doctor for years and now that it has been bought out we went with the best name in comp security.
I propose that there be a progress bar on the scanner so the user may see how far the scan has completed or see appoximatly how long it will take to finish.
this will help people get general idea of how long the wait limit will be.
Hi DirtyYaggy,
Log into your Norton Account using the following link, there you can find the option to purchase additional license for your current NIS 2010:
http://www.mynortonaccount.com
Otherwise, contact the Customer Services(Online Chat Support) and they will help you out:

Hi DirtyYaggy,
Also, when you log into your Norton Account double check if there are any activations remaining. You may have a single license version of NIS 2010 but 3 computer license is more common. So before you purchase another license check closely in your account. It will show if any activations remain.

Allen & Yogesh, thanks to both of you. I checked. There were no more activations left. So, I clicked on a little arrow below my current subscriptions, something I didn't do before, and I found the link to purchase another key. The problem stands solved now. Thank you.
Could it be possible to have the Norton program rebuild or add a feature in our tools that can detect which computer the Norton is installed on? Most of the customers, especially those who are in automatic renewal (who has forgotten all about it), are asking which computer the Norton is installed on. Coz they would complain that they are charged and part of that is to know why due to the possibility that they might have changed computers before, stuff like that.
Great suggestion
Thanks
