When I started my laptop this morning, I got a popup from Norton offering me upgrades to my subscription. It listed my current plan, and 2 others.
In the popup, under my current plan, it said I had protection for up to 10 devices. When I login to my account, it only shows I have 5 available. I don't understand why there's a difference. I tried to contact support, and got in a chat with what I assume was a live agent. They didn't seem to know the answer, and only tried to sell me an upgrade.
I'm not currently looking to add any devices, but if I have 5 available that I'm not using I may reconsider.
Comcast/Xfinity offered Norton Security Online, not 360 w/LifeLock. I bought that in 2021 when they discontinued that offer.
Ahh....okay. Thanks.
So, you bought Norton 360 with LifeLock Select - 5 devices and maybe, the Upgrade offer was for Norton 360 with LifeLock Select - 10 devices.
Note: I was cobbling my message here when you posted your reply [here]
My ISP at one time offered it at no cost, but not any longer. I'm pretty sure it was purchased from Norton. They bill my credit card every year.
Ahh...so, your Norton 360 with LifeLock Select - 5 devices was originally from your ISP.
Wonder if you can migrate to Norton 360 with LifeLock Select - 10 devices for same $.
You'll need (if you want) to explore subscription options with Norton support.
Or, shop reputable retail/online vendors.
You may find Norton 360 with LifeLock Select - 10 devices for less $ than auto renewal via Norton.

Yes, appears you have an ISP plan - Norton 360 with LifeLock Select - 5 devices.
And the Upgrade offer is confused.

"They" meaning your ISP or Norton bills you?
If your ISP bills you. Maybe, you're getting favorable $. IDK
Curious, you don't have Upgrade Now (next to Manage Licenses) suggests, you're at the highest plan.
Maybe, with LifeLock plans don't offer Upgrade Now. IDK ``````````````````````````````````````````````````
Um, is your Norton 360 with LifeLock Select from an ISP or other than Norton direct?

How many Licenses are used? Maybe, you used 5 seats and have 5 available?
for example:
Norton 360 Deluxe = 3 of 5 License(s) usedYou can install Norton on 2 device(s)
