Hello community,
Only version 22.23.10.10 from mid-February 2024 ran error-free on my Windows 11 PC. Since then, I have tried every possible way to eliminate the error(s). At times, Norton support even got involved. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback as to whether the error recordings were helpful in any way.
The last time I used the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool, I was offered version 24, which I installed today.
The common errors have apparently been eliminated:
All errors have not been eliminated, I still have problems with my account.
Hopefully this error will not drag on for another 7 months. The subscription expires in 115 days, then we’ll see

OK, then it is probably not a mistake that these entries no longer exist in N360 version 24. Renaming is therefore no longer possible
…but this bug still needs to be resolved.
What does the warning sign mean and why is the data not being collected?
Hello community,
this morning I discovered something odd in my Norton account.
Yesterday, four licenses and four devices were in use. Nobody could tell me what the warning sign next to “Sharkoon” means. The fact is, something is wrong. No data is collected for this client either.
This morning I logged into the account with my smartphone and deleted the license from “Sharkoon”.
After that I started up “Sharkoon” and expected that the Norton protection would be set to “expired”. But that is not the case. The Norton application says that four licenses are in use, the Norton account says that 3 devices and 3 licenses are in use.

Hello community,
there’s not much happening here about my problem
Today I used the tool to remove and reinstall version 24 (found in a post by bjm)
Now I can be happy again about a tie between the N360 program and the display in the Norton account.
Unfortunately, the warning sign in front of my PC “Sharkoon” remains
I’ll probably have to live with it until my subscription expires.
Regards
