Protection Report is wrong. Bad information

Protection report says no scans in past 30 days, but all have run today. This has been wrong for a while now. Needs to be fixed. Fix the Protection reports. They are inaccurate.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Deluxe.

OS details: WINDOWS 10

*****This is the report that you see after you click on the alert. This is not the protection report that is on the website when you log in to that. This is from the main dashboard. It is bad information.

Product needs to stop with the wrong information sent to us. STop those protection report sends if bad information and fix the green checks. Should be green after we run the scans. that is unreliable too. Someone get the developers on these issues. Too many issues here that i have to keep reporting on. Fix this product please.

also, the genie protection bounces around…was 2 of 2, then 1 of 2, then 2 of 2, then 0 of 0, then 1 of 2 now. Crazy. Please fix the bugs on this or you will lose customers.
