So i noticed that the Protection Score in lower left of dashboard is now gone. Weird. It was there for a while. didnt work perfectly but it had been there a while. now, suddenly gone.

See if this Norton Announcement covers your issue. Especially the geographic availability of the feature.
It explains why I cannot see the feature as I am in Canada.
I just needed to add back some protections that werent enabled after the uninstall reinstall and the score was back up. But tlnow..weeks later… suddenly that protection score in lower left is gone. Weird but true.
Where in the world are you located? As noted in the announcement I linked, it is not available everywhere yet.
Have you run Liveupdate and restarted your computer since your reinstall?
Northeast usa. As I said..not sure you read it… I had the Protection Score before…then it was gone. And yes, I restart my pc almost every day. And Indo Live Updates often.

Ok you are saying that they removed it temporarily, suggesting that they may put it back. It did have some issues. Maybe they tested it out on me because I find and point out problems. I know that not everyone had this feature. Users kept asking me where I live and what version it was. Guess I was the chosen one. Haha
You bug has bin reportet so they now about it and trust me they take alle bug series
It is not a bug. The Announcement Linked above states…
Northeast Asia is not in those areas.
So it is possible that the feature was made available temporarily in that area for testing purposes. But with the official release of the feature it is now restricted to the listed countries.
Thanks. That message does not say anything about testing. So I had this feature and then they pulled it. No one told me it was temporary. They should have at least said it would be temporary. When is the official full release in those countries? When will everyone be able to use it?
You can only use the information in the announcement. Norton never gives concrete release dates in case they run into problems. That way no one gets disappointed by a missed release date.
EAP program? I’ve never had a protection score available to date.

EAP? What is that? It is odd that they rolled this Protection score out to me, then just pulled it back. Well, one less thing to worry about. It cost me time. I shld be paid for helping this company so much. I still have ab 3 or 4 tckets opened. I think at least one is resolved but they dont close them. Strange support nowadays with things just left open and unresolved for months, yrs.
EAP is Early Adopter Program where you get new feature updates ahead of the regular users. It is a sort of Beta testing program. The only way to be in that program is if you apply. So if you didn’t know about it, you probably are not in it.
Norton say this is fixed now. See the product announcement here.
Run LiveUpdate and restart and then test.

The feature just showed up as I rebooted and looked at things. Phased release evidently. The alert shown will ask to review your score and what features are enabled as well.

I use Norton 360 Premium and this option doesn’t appear. How do I make this feature appear?
You cannot force anything. If you are in one of the countries listed in the announcement linked above, you have to wait until it is your turn. “Norton Protection Score is currently available as a limited early access feature for select users in the United States , the United Kingdom , Australia , and New Zealand .”
