When I bootup my computer I get one of those gray report an error to Microsoft boxes that says: Norton Protection Status has encountered a problem and needs to close. Send error report to Microsoft yes/no
Anyone have an idea why this is happening and how I can fix it? Running NIS2011 Ver 18.6.0.29 on an WinXPpro machine. It is a serious problem or just a glitch and the protection status is really ok? thank you everyone
