I'm new to this forum.I have been to other malware removal forums in the past.I could see Quads(virus trouncer) shouting at members who come here for help which surprises me.I have not seen any malware removal expert using this sort of behaviour against members.Many fear to take help from this forum due to such kind of attitude from malware experts here.Just wanted to provide a constructive feedback to the forum which has helped me in past.

You are right that it is not a good idea, or good etiquette to shout at posters in these forums and I hope we all try to remember that.
I do not know which particular posts you are referring to and I do not spend a lot of time in the forums that Quads is most active in. However I do believe that Quads puts in an enormous amount of effort into trying to solve very complex problems for troubled users. Often his best efforts are thwarted by users who do not follow his advice or by other less well informed users jumping in to "help" but in fact making matters worse. In these circumstances I might well be tempted to shout at posters.
As you say, you are new here. Give it a while longer and see if the good he does is outweighed by the odd post that may not be as polite as you would normally hope for.
I hope that helps put things in perspective.

If you are thinking of places like bleepingcomputer then the way they operate is quite different and their forum structure operates in a way not possible here since with them a thread is locked between the OP and the expert and others can't jump in which is the problem here.
Quads is an unpaid volunteer like the rest of us here and if he gets upset it's not surprising when someone jumps in and suggests the OP does something that kills the step by step cleansing he is doing or when someone comes in and says they have run the script posted earlier by Quads for a specific user and it has killed his computer.
Also these forums are not dedicated to malware removal but to the general support of users of Norton products where interactive discussions in most cases add to the benefits rather than substract from them and so they can't be setup to work like the other dedicated places can.
Norton actually has a paid for support service for removing malware so actually they are being very tolerant in letting Quads help users to solve their problems free of charge.
I repeat what I began with that none of us should be rude but sometimes "shouting" or otherwise emphasising something important is hard to avoid. I honestly can say that I don't recollect Quads ever being rude .... exasperated perhaps but he's human too.
