Hello! I'm using Norton Internet Security for the first time (because I found out that my computer was been infected for a long time, and others programs couldn't find all the virus ¬¬), and I ran a Reputation Scan that identified 4 files as not reliable: "microsoft.powershell.commands.utility.ni.dll", plus 3 "microsoft.office.tools.(...).implemantation.dll". I put them all in quarantine but I don't know what they are and I have absolute no idea of what I should do: could I exclude this files from my computer? And if I could, how?
Another thing that's bothering me is the removed virus: are they all sent to quarantine (since they seem to be there), or are they actually erased from my computer?
If anyone could help me I would be really grateful ^^
