Quarantine

There is a file in my quarantine that Norton put there, the problem is that when I click delete, so that those files disappear from my PC, the file in question does not seem to be deleted. What do I do?

I’ve not heard/seen as you report…and my Quarantine → Yes, Delete works as expected.

are you Windows Admin user account?
Norton LiveUpdate runs okay?
Norton QuickScan runs okay?
are you v25.1.9816?

have you tried Troubleshooting?
