Issue abstract: Files that have been fixed by Norton keep showing up in subsequent scans.

Detailed description: I have 3 files identified as requiring attention.
They are
HTML:PhishingMS-AHL [Phish], Win32:MalwareX-gen [Trj], and Python:Elf-A [Expl].

Product & version number:Norton 360 Premium current version

OS details:Windows 10

What is the error message you are seeing?

Have you restarted your computer since these files were detected? Some detected malware needs a system restart to complete the removal of threats.
Be sure you use Restart, not Shutdown and startup again.
