This morning NPE detected "queen creek task.vbs" which is a service running under Intel Driver Update Utilities on my laptop. My system is Windows 10 Pro X64 ver 1607 build 14393.1358. After yesterday's patch updates the system began freezing at irregular intervals and would have to be forced to power down. This morning I ran NPE at which time a cloud scan was performed on said file and it didn't have enough information to decide if this was a false positive or not. I REMOVED the file and intel driver update utility, disabled its service in services.msc then rebooted. The system is now running as it should again. Just wanted to share this due to the fact that the FARBAR issue seems to be the exploit this file was designed for. And wanted those running older Intel chipsets to be aware of the issue on Windows 10 machines. My chipset is Intel 5 series / 3400 chipset family.
Cheers
