I updated to the new NIS 2012, on three pc's in our house. Today I have noticed that when my pc has been idle, it has done three quick scans so far, with the old 2011 suite, I don't remember it doing this so many times in a day? I haven't performed a full system scan yet but I have done a quick reputation scan and a manual quick scan. I'm waiting to see if the full system scan will kick in while idle as it's 8 days since the last one. Does this appear normal?
Also noticed that the little white box that appears in the bottom corner didn't show while the quick idle scan was in progress, again don't know if it should be like this.
System is W7 Home Prem SP1 (64 bit version). NIS 2011, IE 9, no other paid for security programmes installed.
