Yea, I know - whats with the NIS 2010 with NIS 2012 on the horizon, but fact is - it has been working without a problem and I still see quite a few issues posted on 2011 so I'm still waiting.
So question is, I am running XP Pro - SP3 with all current updates and IE7 with all updates, and NIS 2010 with all updates. If I let the Microsoft Updater update me to IE8 - how does this affect my current installation of NIS 2010?
Will NIS 2010 automatically recognize IE8 and "change over" its protection to that version? Or is it more complex such as I would have to uninstall and reinstall NIS 2010 for it to recognize the newer IE8 and provide protection?
