Hi,
I have had Norton for about 3 years now and I usually purchase a new disc from a local shop when needed. This time, however, I used the automatic renewal pop up to renew. It then proceeded to update my license (no problems).
However, it has stated that it needs to "fix" quick scan which it is trying to do. Its been frozen for nearly an hour now. I cant seem to stop the fix to try and reset. Is this a known problem? Any advice?
