Hello,
I have a Norton AntiVirus product, which has been working just fine when I first installed it last year up until a month ago when I started noticing none of my scans had been running for over a few days to over a week.
I'd find a way to fix it, but every now and then when I open Norton AntiVirus up, I will try to click one of the scans and nothing happens. I have done everything from:
-Running live updates
-Updating/re-installing the product
-Running Norton Power Eraser (which now refuses to work too)
-Restarting my computer
-Doing a system reboot to my computer
I have tried each of these MULTIPLE times. However, each solution only resolves it temporarily, and it has gotten to where the exact same problem resurfaces every 2 days at least.
Like I have said before, I have had this product installed in my computer for awhile now, but this problem didn't start arising until recently. I have a Windows 8 computer, and as far as I know, I didn't have any updates to it that might have caused this (I had one serious update a short while ago (going from 8 to 8.1) but this problem was occurring even before then).

If I could get some help that will eternally get rid of this problem, I would be very grateful.
