I have Norton 360 installed. When I run a QUICK SCAN, the product runs until it reaches ADWARE.UNICO. At that point, Norton 360 hangs and never goes any farther in the QUICK SCAN. At one point, I let it stay in that hang condition for 24 hours just to see if anything would happen. Nothing did happen - the QUICK SCAN never made it past ADWARE.UNICO. I have spent about 10 hours over three days with Norton Technical Support, but they cannot tell me the problem, nor how to get the product QUICK SCAN to work. Does anyone have a suggestion? This is a Windows Vista home edition operating system. I have two PCs with that operating system, and QUICK SCAN works fine on one, and hangs on the other.
