Starting a little less than a week ago, I will try to run Norton 360 quick scan; it will then stall on a random file each time, and then Norton completely crashes. Norton 360 will reboot itself after a few moments. I have done chat and remote assistance twice now to no avail; I want to see if any of you have solutions before I spend several hours again with them.
They have tried all of the common solutions: Live Update, Norton Power Eraser, Norton Insight, a diagnostic report, uninstalling and reinstalling Norton, and a huge scan of my entire laptop.
Any solutions? I am running on Windows 8.
