Ma messagerie ORANGE via mon client de messagerie "Thunderbird" ne suporte pas ou très mal l'utilisation du VPN.
Ceci m'oblige à fréquement désactiver et réactiver le VPN.
Serait il possible, sous Windows 10, de créer un (ou deux) raccourci sur le bureau qui réalise directement cette opération sans passer par l'interface Norton ?

Email providers often block access when using a VPN. The reason is that they see you trying to access your email account from a location they are not expecting you to use. So to protect your account, they block access, or require you to log in again to prove it is you.
What you can do is set up your Thunderbird in the VPN Split Tunnel function. That will allow Thunderbird to bypass the VPN avoiding the blocking by your provider. In your Norton interface, click the down arrow to the right of the Turn on button for the VPN feature, and then click on Settings. Then click on Split Tunnel. Click on Add to add your Thunderbird. You need to navigate to the Thunderbird.exe location to add it to the Split Tunnel. On my system it is found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird . Scroll down there to find the .exe file.

Ainsi, pour protéger votre compte, ils bloquent l'accès ou vous demandent de vous reconnecter pour prouver qu'il s'agit bien de vous.
Ce que vous pouvez faire est de configurer votre Thunderbird dans la fonction VPN Split Tunnel. Cela permettra à Thunderbird de contourner le VPN en évitant le blocage par votre fournisseur. Dans votre interface Norton, cliquez sur la flèche vers le bas à droite du bouton Activer pour la fonction VPN, puis cliquez sur Paramètres. Cliquez ensuite sur Split Tunnel. Cliquez sur Ajouter pour ajouter votre Thunderbird. Vous devez accéder à l'emplacement de Thunderbird.exe pour l'ajouter au Split Tunnel. Sur mon système, il se trouve dans C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird . Faites défiler vers le bas pour trouver le fichier .exe.
