Ran 360 diagnostic - received odd error - Device not present for McAfee Inc. - any solutions?

Everyone:

Hello there! I was wondering if anyone had this problem or has a solution to it. I just uninstalled McAfee and installed Norton 360. I ran the Norton diagnostic and received a very odd message which is shown in the screenshot below. Does anyone know of this and how to solve the issue?

Thanks for your help!

I couldn't get the image to display properly but the text from the diagnostic reads as:

Problem: Norton has detected inoperable hardware devices.

Recommendation: You may want to configure these hardware devices. Run Device Manager to properly cofigure hardware devices.

Take Action: Run Device Manager

Details:

Device type:  McAfee Inc. mfewfpk

Device Status: Device is not present, not working properly, or does not h ave all of its drivers installed.

Plug and Play ID:  ROOT\LEGACY_MFEWFPK\0000
