Norton ran a check open support and came back with “I needed to uninstall/reinstall 360”. I downloaded program NRnR.exe. It came back asking me to run NPE.exe. I ran it and it came back with no risks, but one pop-up window specifying following print screen (I blank out the key#).
After following instructions, brough me to the following (see 2nd print screen). I have done the on step1 and ran. It came back to same screen. I ran with steps2 suggested. Reinstalled 360 from Norton Management, see 360 downlaoaded, apparently installing and am getting again this page print screen 2. Please help.
WIN8.1 64. 360 Premiere (can't which version as not installed).
