Hi my name is gary, I got on line before I updated my Norton, in the near future I was going to up date the windows on it, but my problem is I got a ransom ware virus it locked up all the files on it, I tried Norton power scrub didn't work, I made a Norton bootable recovery tool I'm running it now, they want bit coins money, its not my main computer so that a plus, but any ideas how to fix it no real personal information on it, just my name and old address and old phone #, but I would of like to keep so of the files and pictures, thanks in advance for any help or any ideas you can give, I will post have the recover tool works Gary.
