Hi,
I have a problem with connecting to my computer (protected with Norton 360) using rdp.
The issue goes like this:
if the remote user is already sign in with screen unlocked the rdp connects just fine.
if the remote user is not signed in the rdp immediatly closed and I'm seeing the following error in the event viewer:
"Faulting application name: LogonUI.exe, version: 10.0.22621.1, time stamp: 0xcf0f816d
Faulting module name: Windows.UI.Xaml.dll, version: 10.0.22621.3447, time stamp: 0x0968acf3

Report Id: ba85d03c-b2bb-4a7d-8ebb-17dedbc8cd74

I confirmed this is happening only when Norton 360 is installed on the remote system (uninstalled and checked again and everything works fine).
Any ideas?
Hi,
And if you reinstall Norton did the issue return? Yes.
Is Norton installed on both local and remote systems? Yes, When I uninstall the norton from the remote computer the rdp connection works.
And tried firewall reset, didn't work.
Thanks.

Did you try resetting the Norton firewalls on both systems? To reset the Norton firewall, from the main Norton Security screen click on Settings - Firewall. On the General tab, click on Reset beside Firewall Reset. Restart your computer. As you use programs that access your network/internet, the firewall rules will be created again.

Good luck with your issue. Maybe others can pickup the thread with a different view of the issue and provide an answer for you.

Thank you for your reply.
unfortunetly this is not solved my issue.
The problem is from the norton side and not from Windows so I believe the fix should be from Norton.
As mentioned before, When I uninstalled norton everything worked just fine.
Thanks.
