Does NIS still have Auto-Renew?

 

If so, where is the Auto Renew Opt Out

 

I don't see any Auto-Renew Options in Account other than removing credit card info.

NIS has auto renew now also,

 

If you want to optout, login to  www.myNortonAccount.com

 

Below information I have seen after logging in to www.myNortonAccount.com->Select product->cart->Billing and payments

 

Your subscription purchase today includes enrollment in the Norton Automatic Renewal Service, allowing you to conveniently maintain your product subscription and critical protection. By enrolling in Norton Automatic Renewal Service, you authorize Symantec to automatically charge the then-current renewal subscription fee (plus applicable taxes) to your credit or debit card without any additional action by you prior to the expiration of your product subscription. You may cancel the Norton Automatic Renewal Service at any time for any reason, including if you decide to no longer use your Norton product or service, by visiting your Norton Account atwww.myNortonAccount.com and turning off the auto-renewal feature, or by contacting Norton Customer Service.

Adding to above points 

 

You have check box to optout there 

Uncheck the checkbox against Use my billing and payment information for future purchases.

Yes I know that is how itis supposed to work but I do not see any of that anywhere in My Account.

 

Ummmm. OK at the risk of looking stoooopid, last year I opted out. Does that mean I am opted out forever?

Yes. Until you enable it again, it will be optout for ever.

If you want opt in again login to  www.myNortonAccount.com after login you will see the list of product which you have purchased 

 

1.Select a product to renew or buy a key it will direct to shopping page

2.There you can select product and subscription years then click buy now

3.In shopping cart check price and continue 

4.In bill payment page you have option to see opt in again
