I am considering doing a Windows repair where I will keep all my data but will have to reinstall all my apps, including Norton 360. All my hardware will remain the same. Will I be able to download Norton 360 again (I’ve used 4 out of 5 licenses) onto the same computer without losing a license?

you shouldnt have any problems reinstalling on the refreshed device, it should be a basic install and log in , but to be safe may want to copy the product key down first but i have never had any issues
Hello Philip. When you are ready to reinstall Norton do so by logging into your Norton account and download from there. While you are there, have a look at “Devices” listing. You may see the former computer listed there. If so click the … in that box and remove the device and/or license. Once you download and have installed Norton make sure it runs live updates at least once and reboot the computer whether prompted to do so or not. Check in your main Norton UI for the number of licenses used. They should be the same as before. Additionally, make sure “remote management” is enabled so the Norton server will synch with your devices and give you accurate licenses used information.
