I disabled access by unsecapp.exe, and then found out that I need it. How do I re-enable it ?

@Joseph_Auerbach How did you disable this executable and why? Task Manager in the startup tab? Have you validated that the file exists at this location? If it is in any other location the file is malicious. If you suspect an infection please advise.
